20g Butter
400g Estima potatoes peeled
150g Crème fraiche
2 Egg yolks
Seasoning
Method
To make the rosti, grate the potatoes and apple on a large grater and squeeze out any water and starch. Then mix with the cream and egg and seasoning and place a large spoonful in a hot pan with a little butter and cook on both sides. |
